I grew up on the farm, and came back to work full time in 1987. I started growing tomatoes around 1978 and have grown hundreds of acres of them over the years. I gained a lot of knowledge at SUNY Cobleskill and Michigan State University but never finished. I was instrumental in the certification of our organic fields and greenhouses. I have a passion for hot glass art, and I created the custom stained glass windows that hang in the market today! I’m often on the road visiting my 10 year old daughter who lives in Pittsburgh, PA. I’m now married to Kelly, the rooms director at the White Elephant Hotel, and we recently celebrated our son Flynn’s first birthday.
When you think of Bartlett’s veggies you should think of me, because I am your farmer.
