August 30 Farm to Table Dinner

Escape the heat of the summer days with a dinner under the stars at the farm!  Join us for a delicious, locally grown dinner surrounded by flowers in our beautiful Garden Center. You'll be treated to a six-course, family style meal of farm grown vegetables and sustainably sourced proteins.

 

Sample Menu:

Panzanella Salad
greens, cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, hand torn garlic croutons, red onion, tomato cucumber vinaigrette

Kale Salad
kale, fire roasted peppers, red onion, crumbled goat cheese

Seared Black Angus Filet of Beef
organic rosemary demi

Truffle Cauliflower Gratin
cauliflower, organic thyme, truffle salt

Buttered Vegetables
corn, broccoli, fresh peas, carrots

Watermelon Panna Cotta
watermelon, organic mint, double mascarpone whipped cream

 

The menu will be posted closer to the date of the event. Seating is limited and tickets will go quickly so be sure to reserve your seats early. Due to the nature of these dinners substitutions are not available. Menu items are subject to change based on availability. Tax and gratuity are included. This dinner is BYOB. Ticket refunds are guaranteed within 48 hours of the dinner.
