Ponzu Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ C lime or lemon juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp scallions, finely sliced
  • ½ tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh chilies, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together. 

Serve on noodles, or as a dipping sauce for eggrolls, tempura, satay, pot stickers, etc.
