VEGAN COCONUT MILK GANACHE

Ingredients

VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS  24oz.
COCONUT MILK  1c
VANILLA  1tsp.
INSTANT COFFEE  1tsp.

Instructions

YIELD = 2c.

1.) Put chocolate chips into a bowl.
2.) Heat coconut milk until simmering (bubbles forming on the outer edges)
3.) Pour hot coconut milk onto the chocolate chips and whisk until smooth.
4.) Add vanilla and instant coffee and whisk until smooth.
