Renew and recharge your body, mind, and spirit in this Yoga class. Class will incorporate breathing techniques, vinyasa, a combination of balancing, twisting and inverting postures and will end with a deep relaxation. It is suitable for all levels as variations will be given based on each student’s level of experience.
