Farm to Table Dinner

Wrap up your summer season with a dinner under the stars and at the farm!  Join us for a delicious, locally grown dinner surrounded by flowers in our beautiful Garden Center. You’ll be treated to a six-course, family style meal of farm grown vegetables and sustainably sourced proteins.

Sample Menu:

Kale Caesar Salad
smashed garlic croutons, pecorino, Neil’s Caesar dressing

Farm Grown Heirloom Tomato & Bean Salad
citrus tarragon vinaigrette, organic farm radishes, organic herbs,  ricotta salata

Pan Seared Baseball Cut 28 Day Dry Aged NY Strip Steak
organic rosemary demi

Farm Grown Potato Gratin
organic chives, organic thyme,  garlic, parmesan cheese

Truffle Farm Grown Carrots
crumbled pecorino, melted leeks, organic thyme, organic parsley

Cranberry Bread Pudding
bourbon caramel sauce, mascarpone double whipped cream, candied pecans

Seating is limited and tickets will go quickly so be sure to reserve your seats early. Menu will be posted closer to the event date. Menu items are subject to change based on availability. Due to the nature of these dinners substitutions are not available. Tax and gratuity are included. This dinner is BYOB. Ticket refunds are guaranteed within 48 hours of the dinner.
