Wimmer Czerny’s Gruner Vetliner is a real Austrian stunner – well balanced, peppery zip on the finish, with welcome fruit on the palate.  This clean and charming winter white is a great dip into natural wine-making if you usually fear the funk! An absolute delight of a weeknight warrior.

To go with we’ve got a staff favorite, Von Trapp Farmstead’s Mount Alice – a bloomy rind beaut that never fails to impress.  Notes of mushroom and fresh cream are vibrant while still approachable and the small wedge is the perfect size for sharing.  Gruner’s lemon zest tones cut through and complement Alice’s unctuous nature and make for a perfect partnership.
