Workshop; Mindful Practices in Self-Compassion with Teri Sica

In this workshop, you will learn to:
1) Relax negative emotions (i.e. depression, anxiety, stress).
2) Create positive energetic shifts.
3) Feel more “alive” and “joyful”.
“Let’s face it – life is full of stress, outside pressures, energy zappers, and challenges, many of which we can’t control. However, what we can control is how we manage these! The ways in which we navigate, will dramatically change how our mind and body reacts. Often, we just don’t have the awareness or the tools to figure out how to navigate through challenges, particularly when we feel either overwhelmed or “stuck” in pain/stress.
