While we grow many crops, our customers’ favorites are ‘Bartlett Tomatoes’ and ‘Bartlett Corn.’ When these are harvested the first time each summer, the cry goes out over the airwaves, news spreading from person to person via social media, radio, and mostly word of mouth.  The arrival of field tomatoes and sweet corn each July marks the true beginning of summer dining.  Other summer crops include multiple varieties of standards like lettuce, peppers, eggplant, carrots, radishes, beets, zucchini, and summer squash, followed by fall crops like winter squash, pumpkins, gourds, potatoes and Nantucket turnips.
