Our dedicated Management Team has a combined tenure of over 134 years with an average of 12 years each at Bartlett’s Farm. We pride ourselves in promoting from within whenever possible and many of our managers started out as seasonal employees or have worked several different positions at the Farm. We aim to cultivate a strong sense of community and dedication to the Farm. Therefore, it is important for the staff to have an enjoyable and memorable experience working here. Our best, most engaged employees are those who truly value and believe in what we do and it’s our job to create an environment in which employees feel appreciated, challenged, and productive. Our employee experience is an important part of our Mission Statement.
We have a core group of about 45 year-round staff members and bring in an additional 70-80 seasonal employees between the months of March and November. Each year, we are happy to welcome back many returning employees, who then refer their friends because they had a great experience. If you ask any staff member, seasonal or year-round, what they like most about the farm, you will often hear “The people! It really is like a Farmily.”
