Discount Club Sign Up Form

Sign up for the Discount Clubs offered through Friends of the Farm and receive 10% off when verified. The clubs are Seniors for 65+ customers, Local First responders for public safety employees of Nantucket, Local Healthcare for healthcare workers of Nantucket, and Veterans for active-duty and retired members of our armed services.
