english peas, snap peas, snow peas, farm scallions, lemon, radish, toasted pine nuts, chopped egg, organic herbs, grape seed vinaigrette

Tomato & Strawberry Caprese Salad
organic basil, strawberries, mozzarella, mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette

Pan Seared Halibut
hook caught halibut , uni butter, organic herbs

Bok Choy
sautéed with oyster mushrooms, garlic, sesame, ginger, scallion, chilies, & nori, miso butter

Cauliflower Gratin
organic cream, buttered leeks, organic herbs

Strawberries & Anise Meringue
strawberry mousse, strawberry granita,

Due to the nature of these dinners substitutions are not available. This dinner is BYOB and tax and gratuity are included in the price. Refunds are guaranteed within 48 hours of the dinner.
