Ingredients:
3 medium size Farm Grown Hot House Tomatoes
Farm Grown Basil Leaves
1 ball of Maplebrook mozzarella cheese cut in slices to your liking
Graza olive oil
Laurel Hill Balsamic glaze
Add salt as applicable
Add pepper as applicable
Directions:
- Slice Farm Grown Tomatoes and Maplebrook mozzarella to plate. Put basil leaves to the side
- Begin organizing tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil by alternating between the three on the plate
- Add drizzles of olive oil and balsamic glaze, top with salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
