Ingredients for classic Pimento cheese sandwich:
- 8 ounces Cabot extra-sharp Cheddar hand grated
- ¼ cup softened Organic Valley cream cheese separated into pieces
- ½ cup Laurel Hill roasted red peppers diced
- 3 Wards Berry Farm hot pickled peppers
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett red-pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper
- Loaf of Something Natural Sourdough bread
In a large bowl, place the cheddar, roasted peppers, hot pickled peppers, mayonnaise, red-pepper flakes and salt and pepper together. Use a spatula to mix the pimento cheese until it is fused together.
Spread the mix onto a slice of sourdough bread.

- 8 ounces Cabot extra-sharp Cheddar hand grated
- ¼ cup softened Organic Valley cream cheese separated into pieces
- ½ cup Laurel Hill roasted red peppers diced
- 3 Wards Berry Farm hot pickled peppers
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett red-pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper
- ½ stick of butter
- Loaf of Something Natural Sourdough bread
In a large bowl, place the cheddar, roasted peppers, hot pickled peppers, mayonnaise, red-pepper flakes and salt and pepper together. Use a spatula to mix the pimento cheese until it is fused together.
Spread the mix onto a slice of sourdough bread and butter the outside top and bottom of the bread.
Place the sandwich on a pan under low heat. Cover pan, and flip sandwich once the bottom is golden brown. Monitor for a total of 5-7 minutes. Remove pan from stove, wait until sandwich is cooled. Cut and enjoy!
